Abstract: This large, zipped file contains 3 Portable Document Format(PDF) files. The largest file, PartI.FIN contains the comments submitted in response to the Enhanced Monitoring proposal during the original comment period (10/22/93 to 1/31/94). See 58FR 54648, October 22, 1993. The second file, PartII.FIN contains comments submitted for the reopened comment period on Enhanced Monitoring (12/28/94 thru 2/23/95). See 59FR 66844, December 28, 1994. The third file, PartIII.FIN sumarizes comments submitted in response to the 1996 Part 64 draft and the comment period on the impact analyses for the rulemaking and the credible evidence relationship. (See 61FR41991, August 13, 1996 and 60FR 20147, April 25, 1997). Each of these files includes a fairly detailed Table of Contents and identifies the sections of the EPA Docket which relate to the specific comments addressed in that part of the responses.
