Abstract:
EPA, along with state and local permitting authorities, launched a Flexible Permit Implementation Review in April 2001 to evaluate the implementation of innovative air permitting techniques to provide companies with the flexibility necessary to compete in global markets without decreasing environmental protection. The report lists and then describes ten findings from that review. This file is the Imation Review Report, which covers eight areas:
