Training Coordination Team Mission
The OSWER Training Coordination Team was created in 1986 as the OSWER Training Forum to respond to training needs of EPA and state personnel involved in solid and hazardous waste cleanup and emergency response. The members of the forum coordinate their efforts to provide training to EPA, federal, state, and tribal personnel responsible for regulatory and enforcement activities.

There are a number of CEC classes coming up soon!  Take a look at the list below and click any course for more information.  The Remedial Process class scheduled for May 4-8, in San Francisco, CA has been POSTPONED until September, date TBD.

This June 8-12, 2009, ATSDR will be putting on another offering of their Basic Course for Health Assessment and Consultation class in Atlanta, GA.  Please click here for more information and registration. 

*NEW!!*  We have two new offerings of the Multi-Agency Radiological Laboratory Analytical Protocols (MARLAP): New Practical Training on MARLAP Part I class coming up this summer.  One of these offerings will be held July 28-20, in Dallas, TX, and the other offering will be held August 11-13, in Philadelphia, PA.  Both of these classes, especially the Philadelphia offering, have plenty of room for more registrants!!  Please click here for more information and registration.

There is a PCB Management, Compliance and Liability Assessment training class taking place Aug. 4-5, 2009, in Seattle, WA.  There is a fee for this class of $175 for the first person in attendance and $100 per person for all additional delegates from the same company.  Please click here for more information and registration. National Association of Remedial Project Managers (NARPM) Training Conference
Registration now is open to attend the 19th Annual National Association of Remedial Project Managers (NARPM) Training Conference being held at the Intercontinental Buckhead Atlanta Hotel from June 2-5, 2009 in Atlanta, GA. In addition, the CERCLA Education Center (CEC) will offer a variety of technical and professional development courses on Mon., June 1 in conjunction with the NARPM Annual Training Conference.

Participants may register online at http://www.epanarpm.org/2009 to attend the 19th Annual NARPM Training Conference and or one of the CEC courses being offered. Deadline to register for the 2009 NARPM Annual Training Conference or a CEC course is May 20, 2009.

The U.S. EPA held the 12th Annual On-Scene Coordinator (OSC) Readiness Training Program from Feb. 9-12, 2009 in San Diego, CA. Presentation materials are posted and available on the OSC Readiness Training Program Web site at http://www.oscreadiness.org/2009.
