Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant, DC – EPA is proposing to reissue a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit to the Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant, to control discharges to the Potomac and Anacostia Rivers and tributaries of Rock Creek. Comments are being accepted until June 8, 2009.
Washington Navy Yard, DC – EPA is proposing to issue a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit to the Washington Navy Yard, to control discharges of stormwater to the Lower Anacostia River. Comments are being accepted until May 25, 2009.
Kiskiminetas/Conemaugh River Watershed TMDL, PA – EPA plans to establish a Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) for the Kiskiminetas/Conemaugh River Watershed in Cambia, Somerset, Indiana and Westmore counties in western Pennsylvania. Comment period has been extended until May 7, 2009.
