Park planners specialize in project management and design, review other agency projects and neighboring development plans, and manage compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and other laws and regulations. This site is dedicated to providing the public with more information on planning activities and projects within the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) and how to stay involved in the planning process.
In 2005, the NPS launched another website—the Planning, Environment, and Public Comment (PEPC) system—that also provides information on current projects. Links to PEPC are located throughout this planning site.
