Reservists Fact Sheet

To attend Inactive Duty Training (DTT), reservists are to use the GSA airline city pair fares. In order to obtain these fares, the reservists must have a SmartPay® travel card issued by the command. Upon receipt of the official government travel card, the reservists must contact the Commercial Travel Office (CTO) at their base or duty station to make travel reservations.
