Printing and mailing this large EIS is expensive. It will help us to minimize costs for people to review the document in electronic format (below) or by requesting a compact disk (about 1/25 the cost). A limited number of printed copies are available, and people can also review printed copies at the park headquarters, area libraries, and at the public meetings.

Available below for your review and comment is the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Colorado River Management Plan for Grand Canyon National Park. The document identifies and assesses various alternatives for the management of recreational use of the Colorado River in Grand Canyon National Park.

The Draft EIS Colorado River Management Plan is available as PDF files. PDF files retain the look and feel of the original document (including typography, page layout, and graphics). PDF files can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 6). If you plan on printing the file, it may print faster if you download it to your computer.
