The County Commissioners have approved a Right to Know Policy, which is posted below for your information. If you need to request public records from Juniata County Departments, the Right to Know Policy indicates the procedures to be followed.
Public records are open to inspection and for duplication during normal office hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Refer to the policy document for the appropriate department to write for written public information requests.
