Helpdesk Statistics - CY 1999

Statistics for the Fire Applications Support Group have been collected for calendar year 1999.  The calls have been broken down into three categories:

• Total calls received by application
• Total calls received by State
• Total calls received by Agency

In 1999 there were 4,257 logged calls placed to the Fire Applications Support Group.  We have tried to log each call that came in, but, there may be some calls that were not logged for one reason or another.  It is our hope that the graphs give our users an idea of what goes on at the Support Desk.
