Air: Values for some airports may include a low (generally less
than 2-3 percent of the total value) level of small user-fee airports located
in the same regional area. In addition, due to confidentiality regulations,
data for nearby individual courier operations are included in certain airport
totals.
Road, rail and pipeline: Data for these modes are included in
U.S. trade with Canada and U.S. trade with Mexico. Data for these modes are
therefore shown in Table 6-7c.
