WHEN AND HOW TO CONTACT YOUR

Every IV-D, child support agency case is assigned a child support worker. If you receive benefits from the state ( FIP, Medical assistance or Child Care) or you have sent in an application, you are considered a full service customer of this agency.
IF YOU HAVE A PRIVATE CASE. . .
If payments are simply being paid through the RI Family Court and you have not applied for service you are not
assigned a child support worker and you must contact your private attorney or the RI Family Court (458-5050).

Cases are assigned alphabetically by the non- custodial parent’s last name. Please review the questions and links below to be properly directed to your Child Support Representative. Please call the main line only to access your payment information via our
Voice Response System using your PIN.
Do not call the main line to speak to a person due to heavy call volumes, the phone will continue to ring and hold times maybe longer than expected.
