         FINAL COPYRIGHT TREATY AGREEMENTS IN GENEVA

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND -- Bruce A. Lehman, Assistant Secretary
of Commerce and Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks will
host a press conference presenting the U.S. view on the
results and accomplishments of the World Intellectual
Property Organization Diplomatic Conference held in Geneva
on December 2 - 20, 1996.
