Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF files from the link on our Document Formats page.

Instructions: When you download the Adobe Acrobat Reader (click the button on the bottom of Adobe's home page that looks like the example on the left), note which directory you download the "ar405eng.exe" file into, then run it from your start menu or directory menu to install it on your system.

Download the PKZIP utility from the link on our Document Formats page. You need this to decompress *.zip files. A ZIP utility was used to compress files to make speedier downloads of the files on this page.

Instructions: When you download the PKZIP utility application, note which directory you download the "*.exe" file into, then run it from your start menu or directory menu to install it on your system.
