    Ambassador Myles officially opens Millennium Challenge Corporation funded highway. The project is one component of MCC's $100 Million, five-year compact with Cape Verde to reduce poverty and stimulate economic growth. The 10 kilometer road will directly serve 12,500 farmers and families on Santiago Island.
