The 2007 Indiana Junior Duck Stamp Contest, managed by Muscatatuck NWR, included almost 500 youngsters, teachers, and parents, in learning about waterfowl and wetlands.  

The awards ceremony, held on the refuge May 12, was during the Wings Over Muscatatuck bird festival and ceremony participants were able to learn about other migratory birds, endangered species, and national wildlife refuges.
