The board met to discuss old and new business, hammered out a few more details in regard to the by-laws and then it was “off to the races”.  About fifteen prospective members joined the board for an open membership meeting.  President Bob MacCord delivered a motivating speech outlining the potential of the group and what the future holds. Other speakers included Rick Westerhof, Project Leader and Fishery Biologist Tim Smigielski.   The attendees were a good cross section of those who have been involved with the hatchery.
