Journal Entry   Back Navajo Nation Tribal Community Civilian Corps Participates in Middle Rio Grande Education Activities Southwest Region, April 5, 2005 Print Friendly Version On April 5, 2005, the Middle Rio Grande Coordinator conducted a day-long education and training activity for 7 members of the Navajo Tribe participating in the Tribal Community Civilian Corps (TC3). The day consisted of a field trip through the Jemez Mountains. Site visits included: Pueblo of Jemez with briefings by Pueblo members of the history of Pueblo and the Department of Resource Protection, and a site visit to the orchard that was being planted; Soda Dam; Valle Grande; and Bradbury Science Museum in Los Alamos. TC3 is participating in a 8-week program with the Indio-Hispano Academy of Agricultural Arts and Sciences (IHAAAS).
