COURT ENTERS JUDGMENTS OF PERMANENT INJUNCTION AND OTHER RELIEF AGAINST DEFENDANTS COI SOLUTIONS, INC. n/k/a ALTERNATE ENERGY CORP. AND MELVIN LEVINE

On February 17, 2005, the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered Judgments of Permanent Injunction and Other Relief against Defendants COI Solutions, Inc. n/k/a Alternate Energy Corp. and Melvin Levine by consent. The Judgments enjoin COI and Levine from violating Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Rule 10b-5 thereunder. In addition to injunctive relief, the Judgment against Levine, provides for the imposition of a civil penalty.

In its Complaint the Commission charged COI, Levine and others with making materially false and misleading statements in filings with the Commission in violation of the federal securities laws.
