RCRA Databases
Database contains
a range of information on tracking, permitting and compliance monitoring
activities for generators, transporters, and treatment, storage, or
disposal facilities. Includes RCRAInfo and Biennial Reporting.
- Hazardous Waste Delisting Program
Learn about the process to remove or "delist" a waste generated
at a particular facility from the list of hazardous wastes.
- Medical Waste
State contact for medical waste. Medical waste is not regulated in Region 3.
- Municipal Solid Waste
Focusing on the reduction of the paper and food waste streams by identifying traditional and innovative ways to increase recycling/reuse, divert waste from landfills, and to develop recycling/reuse markets.

A portal to hazardous waste data management resources and
information located across the various Web sites of EPA Region 3, other
EPA regional offices, EPA headquarters, and sites outside EPA. This
site is intended for use primarily by state environmental agencies,
waste management staff, and the regulated community. The site also provides
access to hazardous waste information that is available to the general
public.
