RCRA Redevelopment and Reuse

The RCRA Redevelopment and Reuse Program staff works with facilities and interested stakeholders to facilitate the reuse or transfer of property ownership at RCRA Corrective Action sites where there are opportunities for redevelopment or the protection of greenspace.

  FACT: For every acre of contaminated property reused, approximately 4.5 acres of greenspace is preserved.
