Drink Alcohol Only in Moderation

 
If you choose to drink alcohol, have only a moderate amount. This means no more than one drink a day for women; two drinks a day for men.
 
There are many reasons to cut down or stop drinking. You may want to improve your health or get along better with your family.
 
You may decide to not drink at all. If you are cutting down, keep below these limits: one drink a day for women; two drinks a day for men.
