Rendered ViewMeeks Store is one of 55 buildings created by digital illustrator Chris Casady for the Appomattox Court House National Historical Park brochure. The birds-eye view also included about a mile of fence and scores of trees (see the final aerial view). The curtains barely visible in the upstairs windows and the worn centers of the stair steps show Chris's meticulous attention to detail. On the final printed brochure, Meeks Store measured a mere 1.3 centimeters wide. The side of the building shown above is not even visible in the printed brochure. |
