Are All Seats Safe?
All car seats rated by NHTSA meet Federal Safety Standards & strict crash performance standards. While all rated seats are safe, they do differ in their ease of use in four basic catagories:

No picture of child in child restraint. No additional harness slot height adjustment information. Belt routing path is not labeled. Labels do not sufficiently explain use of LATCH.
Evaluation of Instructions4 stars
Section on determining vehicle seatbelt type is incomplete. Illustration of child in seat and proper size range are separate. Manual storage cannot be accessed when the CRS is installed in this mode of use.
Securing the Child4 stars
Harness clip is not labeled. Buckle tongues may not be inserted one side at a time, and the buckle does not feature an intermediate method of holding the buckle tongues together while inserting. Harness must be rethread when reassembling after cleaning.
Installation Features4 stars
Push-button-style connectors are available for LATCH. No label to denote LATCH storage.
