Sec. 180.507  Azoxystrobin; tolerances for residues.

    (a) General. (1) Tolerances are established for residues of the 
fungicide, azoxystrobin, [methyl(E)-2-(2-(6-(2-cyanophenoxy) pyrimidin-
4-yloxy)phenyl)-3-methoxyacrylate] and the Z-isomer of azoxystrobin, 
[methyl(Z)-2-(2-(6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl)-3 
methoxyacrylate] in or on the following food commodities and processed 
food:

    (b) Section 18 emergency exemptions. Time-limited tolerances are 
established for the combined residues of the fungicide, azoxystrobin, 
[methyl (E)-2-(2-(6-(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl)-3-
methoxyacrylate) and the Z isomer of azoxystrobin, [methyl (Z)-2-(2-(6-
(2-cyanophenoxy)pyrimidin-4-yloxy)phenyl)-3-methoxyacrylate] in 
connection with use of the pesticide under section 18 emergency 
exemptions granted by EPA. The tolerances are specified in the following 
table. The tolerances expire and will be revoked by EPA on the date 
specified in the table.
