Sec.  408.110  Applicability; description of the Northern shrimp 

processing in the contiguous States subcategory.





    The provisions of this subpart are applicable to discharges 

resulting from the processing of shrimp in the Northern contiguous 

States, including Washington, Oregon, California, Maine, New Hampshire, 

and Massachusetts. The effluent limitations contained in this subpart K 

are applicable to existing facilities processing more than 908 kg (2000 

lbs) of raw material per day on any day during a calendar year and all 

new sources.
