Teaching materials produced through the program will be made widely available to teachers, students, and their families. The National Park Service and Hudson River Valley National Heritage Area grants will provide funding for teacher stipends to develop the programs, travel to attend workshops, bus transportation during the school year, site fees for student visits, and supplies and materials to implement the programs. the program also sponsors an annual teacher institute.
