American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009

NCMHD ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPLEMENTS

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, provides NIH with up to $10.4 billion to be obligated over two years for a variety of biomedical research and research support activities. Funding opportunities for administrative supplements are part of the overall NIH Recovery Act investment strategy, as described at www.nih.gov/recoveryexternal link, opens in new window

NCMHD investigators with an eligible active grant award may request administrative supplements for the purpose of accelerating the tempo of scientific research and/or advancing research training. The NCMHD seeks applications for three administrative supplements listed below.

Eligibility Criteria:
Active grant award with the following NCMHD programs as noted in the specific supplement notice:

  • Centers of Excellence (P20 and P60)
  • Community-Based Participatory Research (R24) and
  • Research Infrastructure in Minority Institutions (P20)

Eligible applicants can submit only one request per NCMHD administrative supplement. 

Only administrative supplement requests that focus on the topics listed below will be considered for funding.
