"Partnerships for Livestock Environmental Management Systems", ended in 2005, was a project piloting Environmental Management Systems on beef, dairy and poultry operations in nine states: Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Project leadership was provided by the University of Georgia, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and University of Wisconsin-Madison.
