Networks and Programs
This website displays two inventories of environmental monitoring and research activities:
- A preliminary inventory of 35 major federal programs.
Limited information on each program is displayed, with national maps
of data collection sites. The sample database queries referenced in
the main menu access this inventory.
- A detailed inventory of the federal, state, local, and private programs
and research projects in the mid-Atlantic region.
Extensive information on each program is displayed, with maps of data
collection sites. Currently under development, this inventory now displays
ten programs as a demonstration. Several hundred programs and projects
will be on-line by October, 1997, with interactive database querying
capability.
