Documents
The DEIS is available as a compiled master document or in the individual sections as shown below. A CD (available by request) contains a complete set of the DEIS documents, other resource reports, additional supporting documents and other maps shown in the How to Use the CD guide (76k .pdf; 3 pages). The DEIS User Guide (68kb .pdf; 4 pages) provides tips on how to navigate the document, so you may want to read this first. The PDF Maps Help guide (1,342kb .pdf; 10 pages) provides tips on how to use the Quad Maps.
Most of the files are Adobe PDF files requiring the Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher for best performance. You can download the latest Acrobat Reader software free of charge at http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
Note 1: the alternative maps and quad maps listed below are full size versions. A full-size version of these maps cannot be printed on conventional home printers. A full-size version can only be printed from a large plotter. Many local engineering and survey businesses as well as copy businesses can print the maps for a nominal fee. They are large files that could take a long time to load on your computer, depending on your connection speed. Once loaded and visible on your screen, zooming into a particular area will show the details. You can request a CD containing the alternative maps and quad maps or a paper set of the alternative maps from the Project Contact shown below. Paper copies of the quad maps are not available.
