Description:
The collection is primarily intended to meet the needs of Mn/DOT
staff, and secondarily, Minnesota's local transportation officials.
The library attempts to collect all Mn/DOT, AASHTO, TRB, and
University of Minnesota Center for Transportation Studies publications
and selected publications of the other state and local transportation
agencies, the U.S. DOT and transportation-related professional
associations and organizations.
Subject Strengths:
Mn/DOT Library's collection covers all aspects of transportation. It
is strongest in highway engineering and design and has a developing
collection on intelligent transportation infrastructure. Secondary
strengths include public administration, computer applications,and
office management.
