Data Approved by Foreign Civil Aviation Authorities

Can I use previously approved data from a foreign civil aviation authority as part of my TC and STC application package to the FAA?
The FAA will only accept previously approved data from a foreign civil aviation authority as part of your FAA TC or STC application package if the FAA has a bilateral agreement with the foreign country and it contains provisions for acceptance of similar products/approvals.

If there is no bilateral agreement in place, you will need to provide all substantiation data to the FAA with the application.
