You have the option of viewing the National Wetlands Mitigation Action Plan in two formats. The first is a PDF file (179kb) which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (available freely here) to view. This form is preferable for printing and for the closest representation of the hard copy. The second is through HTML, which you can view through your browser. This format is quicker to load and requires no extra software, but does not keep the exact formatting of the original document.
