National Conference on Health Communication, Media and Marketing 2008 Conference

National Conference on Health Communication, Marketing, and Media 2009

The third National Conference on Health Communication, Marketing and Media sponsored by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Center for Health Marketing and the Office of Enterprise Communications will be held in Atlanta, Georgia, August 11 - 13, 2009, at the Omni Hotel in downtown Atlanta. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the National Cancer Institute and the National Public Health Information Coalition are co-sponsors for this event.

We are expanding on the success of past conferences and providing opportunities to learn about innovative health marketing techniques, the most recent research findings and theoretical developments, and new ways to engage partners. Come and be part of a rewarding 3 days and share insights, discuss challenges and meet with individuals representing academia, public health researchers, and practitioners from federal and state government and the private sector.

This year’s conference will feature four topical tracks around which presentations are organized, workshops and networking opportunities.

Registration rates will include Early Bird and Student fees and is scheduled to open in late February.
