Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

Clinical trials are appropriate and should be considered when possible.[1]
In small studies, response rates of more than 40% have been reported for lenalidomide [2] and flavopiridol.[3][Level of evidence: 3iiiDiv] Bone marrow and peripheral stem
cell transplantations are under clinical evaluation.[4-10]

Check for U.S. clinical trials from NCI's PDQ Cancer Clinical Trials Registry that are now accepting patients with refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia. The list of clinical trials can be further narrowed by location, drug, intervention, and other criteria.
