Be a Word Detective
Read*Write*Now can help children get the most out of summer reading. Four fun activities are:
* Read & Write five days a week at least 30 minutes each day.
* At least one day a week, read with a Learning Partner. A partner could be a caring adult, parent, grandparent, an older brother or sister, or teacher.
* Get a Library card & use it!
* Learn one new word and what it means every day, at least five days a week.
