The primary purpose of Lessons Learned is to improve safe work performance
and organizational learning in interagency wildland fire. A fundamental
goal is to promote a program of "Train as you work and work as
you train". The program is designed to serve the entire incident

Provides fireline personnel with opportunities to refresh their skills
in applying the risk management process and rules of engagement to
recognize and mitigate hazards in their work environment. |
