Previously Untreated Childhood Rhabdomyosarcoma

Added Raney et al. as reference 6.

Added text to state that the kidney is occasionally the primary site for rhabdomyosarcoma or undifferentiated sarcoma (cited Raney et al. as reference 43).

Added text about a study showing that consolidative immunotherapy incorporating T-cell reconstitution followed by a dendritic-cell plus tumor-peptide vaccine can be given with little toxicity to patients with translocation-positive metastatic or recurrent Ewing sarcoma and alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma (cited Mackall et al. as reference 78 and level of evidence 3iiiA).
