Membership
NDTA provides the vital link to military, defense and
other government agencies, and industry transportation,
distribution, travel and related technology company decision-makers
at the highest levels. As the transportation, distribution,
travel and related industries professional association
of choice, NDTA has played a role in strengthening the
economy and responding to national security needs for
over 60 years by facilitating partnerships between military
and government decision-makers and industry leaders. Corporate
membership in NDTA provides increased exposure and networking
opportunities for those companies wanting to do business
with the US government or military. Membership should
be a key part of any business plan where the defense and
government transportation, travel and distribution system
is the target market.
When you join NDTA as a corporate member, your company’s
executives will have the opportunity to share ideas with
top military, government and industry officials at NDTA
events. These events are conducted and attended by highlevel
military decision-makers, defense and other government
officials, and industry leaders—the individuals
who are setting and influencing the transportation, travel

FOUR LEVELS OF
CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
Chairman's Circle PLUS is NDTA’s highest level of
corporate membership and appeals to major transportation,
distribution, and travel companies with recognized presence
in national and international markets. It is particularly
well suited to companies with multiple operating units.
It allows up to eight elements, subsidiaries, or brands
to be included under the parent organization. The company
gains additional exposure by having its corporate family
identified and listed with color logo and text in the
annual Defense Transportation Journal (DTJ) Almanac Issue.
This expanded Almanac listing represents the equivalent
of a full page color advertisement in the DTJ. Each company
(up to 8) added to the parent listing receives three additional
individual memberships per company and each included company
is eligible for all NDTA member discounts.

CHAIRMAN'S CIRCLE PLUS MEMBER BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
The Chairman’s Circle Membership is comparable with
the PLUS category above, except without the multiple operating
units feature. It appeals to major transportation, distribution,
and travel companies with recognized presence in national
and international markets. The additional resources and
personal involvement of our Chairman’s Circle members
allows us to provide greater committee support, sponsorship
of technical and professional development seminars on
a regular basis, and expanded coverage of our professional
programs. Chairman’s Circle members receive ¼
color page in the Almanac.

CHAIRMAN'S CIRCLE MEMBER BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
The Sustaining Membership is appropriate for those companies
operating in two or more cities or geographic regions
or throughout the US. Sustaining members may have an established
brand, but want to expand their network, increase their
opportunity for government business and be active in the
national committee structure.

SUSTAINING MEMBER BENEFIT DESCRIPTION
The Regional Patron Membership is reserved for the small
company operating in a specific geographical area of the
country. Regional Patrons may want to establish their
service “brand” as they grow their business,
network with local leaders in the transportation industry
and support regional activities.
