Invention Promoter's Name: Kessler Corporation Complainant's Name: Gerald Wilcox Response: U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Dear Sir or Madam: In accordance to your requirements of your codes 35 U.S.C. 297 and 37 C.F.R. 4.4 we are supplying a written response to a complaint to your office from a previous client of ours, Mr. Gerald Wilcox. While we can understand his disappointment in the lack of responses from the manufacturers and this sometimes happens it is not something anyone can predict in advance. We have fully complied with the terms of the Employment Agreement he signed with us (see enclosed). Our services are clearly defined in our Booklet, Employment Agreement and online website. Our literature is also enclosed for your review. Since this time, Mr. Wilcox has repeatedly (hundreds of times) harassed our company and all employees, including the Better Business Bureau and other agencies. Our attorney, local authorities and phone company have given us instructions to follow regarding this harassment. There is no validity to his claims and these agencies have not determined any wrong doing on our part. We, of course, have all records to support these statements. Should you require any further information or documentation, please don’t hesitate to contact me directly. Very truly yours,
