Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter:

PTI promised to do an invention assessment, conduct a patent search, file an application with the USPTO and get a patent pending status on our invention. PTI also promised to present our invention on our behalf at tradeshows and with manufacturers with the intention of getting a licensing agreement. Since December 15, 2006 all phone calls to the company have not been returned and after placing a call to the USPTO we found out that there is not an application on file on our behalf.
