After sending this company $11,470 on 9/22/06 they submitted:

disclosure document deposit request # received by PTO on 11/10/06
provisional application for patent cover sheet pgs. 1&2
fee transmittal for FY 2006 for $100
3 page description of my invention
3D drawing of my invention

After several months of no contact with PTI/IPA, I called them for an update to find they are in receivership and taken over by the Federal Trade Commission. I lost over $11,000 to this company and do not have a patent on my invention
