WHAT IS YOUR COMPLAINT?

Name of mass media invention promoter advertised in: Computer search

Invention promotion services offered to be performed: Offered to patent advertise at trade shows and manufactured and marketing

Explanation of complaint between customer and invention promoter: My complaint is that the promoter had told me that they would be able to get me a patent on the tool and have not done that. All they have done was got me a disclosure document commissioner of patents and that cost me $4,365. And they would take it to trade shows and that they would advertise my item and has not shown no proof that they have done that at all. I had myself send letters that they provided me with and to send them to manufacturers. I have done so but got no responses. They have provided me with portfolio to read to tell me what they were going to do and still got no response now. I have been with them since 09/09/2002 and in November of 2007 is when everything had expired. I called them in March 2008 and they told me that they were not going to proceed with anything and they would not give my money back. Now I have gone to a different invent company and they told me that Invent Tech had been sued for doing this to many other people and a patent attorney that I talk to had told me the same thing about Invent Tech. Now what steps do I take to proceed with getting my money back from them? They have not done anything for me but take my money and I would like it back or a patent put on my tool.
