Refiners and importers who are planning to produce or import 15 ppm nonroad, locomotive, and marine (NRLM) diesel fuel after 2010 are required to submit annual pre-compliance reports to EPA. This document provides a summary and analysis of the reports that were received in June 2008, including some comparisons to the NRLM pre-compliance reports received in June 2007. - September 4, 2008: EPA finalizes emission standards for new nonroad spark-ignition engines, equipment, and boats.
