Our core offerings cover the complete debt management and collection process. We establish the account, maintain it, collect from the specific debtor, or liquid it as directed by our federal clients.

Generation of demand notices soliciting a payment
Toll-free telephone response service
Response to debtors’ telephone, mail, and email inquires
Payment processing and application
Referral to other agencies on an as-needed basis

Administrative Offset
We manage the process of offsetting VA benefits or other payments of an individual debtor to recoup a debt.

Leasing contracts for photocopying services that are all inclusive, with the exception of paper. With over 500 machines currently on contract, we can offer competitive prices.
