The NAVC is a non-profit association of private and public sector firms that believe that advanced vehicle technologies such as fuel cells and hybrids will play an important role in reducing the impact of the transportation sector on the environment and energy consumption. Since 1993, the NAVC has strived to spur the successful implementation of these technologies through research and demonstration programs, and through outreach and advocacy efforts.
