Outstanding Customer Service

Don Garcia was recently commended for his outstanding customer service in the training arena. This commendation comes from the Federal Aviation Administration, which is currently migrating to the NBC's payroll system and services environment under the OMB's e-Payroll Initiative. The commendation reads in part:
