"Exploratory Advance Research Program" (December 15, 2008)
The Federal Highway Administration posted a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for the Exploratory Advanced Research (EAR) Program on Monday, December 15, 2008. The EAR Program solicits proposals for research and development projects that could lead to transformational changes and truly revolutionary advances in highway engineering and intermodal surface transportation in the United States.
