USPS OIG Investigations
The OIG Hotline receives information from employees, customers and the general public, and is an important avenue for reporting fraud, waste, and misconduct. These types of allegations are referred to the Office of Investigation. Information is reviewed to identify systemic issues and potential areas for postal-wide reviews.
