     The Ethics Trainers' Partnership is holding its regular
meeting on July 16, 1996, 10:00 to 12:00 noon at the FDIC
Amphitheater, 801 17th Street, NW., Washington, DC (formerly the
RTC Amphitheater).

     Alan R. Yuspeh, Esq., with Howrey & Simon, has agreed to speak
on the topic:

                 Defense Industry Initiatives and
         Ethics Training Programs in the Corporate Sector
